I had such a great experience at Gong Cha! It’s always nice when you come across someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers. Definitely give Justin a raise and some recognition because he made my visit worth it! I will be coming back 10/10

Amazing staff! Best boba place! It was my first time trying these drinks and the cashier Justin, was super friendly and very polite. There was so much to see and so much to choose from but he helped me pick out a drink based off my preferences. It was passion fruit green tea with those black boba. It was delicious and will definitely go back to try the other flavors he recommended. I've tried other boba places around yet this is the best experience I've had. He worked fast and efficiently and greeted everyone with a nice smile. I will defiantly be recommending this place to friends!

I love this store. I've been shopping for about two years and I'm always attended by friendly people but today I had a bad experience. When I arrived at the store, a young woman told me with attitude to place my order on the machine. I didn't buy anything because I didn't like that attitude. If I come back and see that person there, I won't buy boba tea again.

Super clean inside since this spot just opened. The staff is friendly and helpful. The milk foam dirty brown sugar tea is great. Plenty of options on the menu and it's cool that you're able to modify the drink anyway you want to. The only knock against this place is that it's too expensive. $8 for the smallest size is crazy. It's just milk tea & pearls!

Nice to see a Gong Cha in Union now! Tapioca (boba) was consistent with how you might expect from Gong Cha as well which has been part of why I like their franchise. Their location is at a small strip mall area with plenty of parking. Inside they have a few stand up tables. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Thanks!
